Abstract
La diabetes gestacional es una de las principales patologías obstétricas. Afecta a un porcentaje significativo de las gestantes y tiene importantes consecuencias tanto para la madre como el feto, a corto y a largo plazo. Actualmente se realiza un cribado poblacional a todas las gestantes en semana 24-28 de gestación. Dicho método presenta varios inconvenientes, siendo el principal la escasa ventana de intervención que deja para poder tratarla y mejorar por tanto los resultados perinatales. Desde hace varios años se está intentando trasladar dicha prueba al primer trimestre para poder realizar una intervención precoz, pero hasta la fecha no se ha logrado un modelo válido.
OBJETIVO
Elaborar un modelo multivariante de predicción de diabetes mellitus gestacional con las variables maternas y analíticas de primer trimestre. Secundariamente, elaborar sendos modelos multivariantes para la predicción del test de O’Sullivan y del test de sobrecarga oral en pacientes con test de O’Sullivan...
