dc.description.abstractThis article compares blockchain and Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) technologies in the context of smart agriculture traceability systems. It evaluates their performance in terms of efficiency and latency through simulation-based experiments. The results highlight the trade-offs between both technologies and provide insights into their suitability for real-time agricultural applications.es
