Abstract
El impacto de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TICs) en los últimos anos genera nuevos mercados en crecimiento, como el de las Ciudades Inteligentes y los Destinos Turísticos Inteligentes, sectores en los que las instituciones públicas y las empresas requieren soluciones tecnológicas, en forma de productos y servicios, que les permitan adaptarse a las necesidades de las personas y ser sostenibles tanto a nivel social como cultural, económico y medioambiental. Asimismo, cabe destacar la importancia que ha adquirido el Smartphone en la vida diaria de las personas, primando la inmediatez y el control en los productos y servicios. Este cambio se debe a las generaciones conocidas como Millennial, Z y Hashtag, ya con una presencia social predominante, lo que les permite contribuir a la evolución de las nuevas formas de interacción que tienen las personas con el entorno.
