Abstract
El entrenamiento y desarrollo de la fuerza es uno de los objetivos más importantes en las periodizaciones deportivas de los equipos de fútbol. Tradicionalmente, se han usado sesiones de entrenamiento de fuerza y resistencia por separado, aumentando así el tiempo de las sesiones de entrenamiento. Esto genera un problema de recursos humanos y temporales a la hora de poder incluir programas de entrenamiento de fuerza, sobre todo en equipos semiprofesionales y amateur. Los entrenamientos en circuito de alta intensidad (HRC) trabajando con cargas de 6 repeticiones máximas podrían ser una alternativa, para trabajar fuerza y resistencia aeróbica simultáneamente. Objetivo.
